What Are The Types Of Tattoo Needles?

1. Single needle: it is usually used in the place with fine graphics. The advantage is that it is easy to control, the sharpness is easy to enter the needle, and the strength does not need to be too heavy. Therefore, the speed of the tattoo machine does not need to be adjusted too fast, too sharp and too fast is easy to damage the skin too heavy, and the slow adjustment speed has good control, and it can stab a very fine image slowly. The disadvantage is that the pigment rarely penetrates into the skin with a single needle, and the large color block area is not suitable for stabbing with a single needle. The infiltrated pigment will not be thick enough, and the completion time of the work will be long. In addition, when cutting with a single needle to speed up the speed, you must pay attention to the appropriate movement of the hand and the tattoo machine. If the depth is too deep or the pause is too long, because the single needle is too fast, it is easy to cut many microvessels, and the pigment will infiltrate into the microvessels too much, resulting in the phenomenon of later dizziness.
2. Three needles: this kind of needle combines the needle ends of three needles into a single needle end. It is easy to retain more paint by using the gap between the needles. When stabbing into the skin, it will have a good penetration effect, which is suitable for stabbing out the figure outline.
3. Round needle: multiple needles are combined to form a cylindrical round needle. Similarly, more pigments will be stained in the gap between needles, and multiple needles form a needle surface. In terms of five needles, increasing the speed can prick thicker lines, and slowing down the speed can also prick light and dark colors of small details. In terms of more than ten needles, large areas of color blocks can be pricked quickly. Here, it must be noted that when multiple needles form a needle surface, the stress area of the whole surface is large, Naturally, it is not easy to pierce the skin, and it will stab on the shallow skin layer. The color is easy to use in the light fog and light and dark layers, but if you deliberately stab deeply, it will wear out the surface of the skin and make the color effect poor, so it is not suitable for the stabbing method of the deep skin layer.
4. Single row needle: combine multiple needles into a single row needle, mostly four to six needles. The row needle has the advantage of combining a single needle and a round needle. It is easy to enter the needle, and the penetration amount of pigment is enough. It can stab more pigments than the round needle with the least "number of stabs", but it is beneficial to overcome the discomfort of stabbing the color patch of the whole skin.
5. Double row needle: combine multiple needles into a double row needle. For example, five needle single row needle, pick up two or four needles and fix them into two rows, and so on for double row needles with more than five needles. The double row needle has the disadvantage of reinforcing the single row needle. Because the needle opens into scattered needle points, it can stab the entire color block area on average than a single row needle. This is the most commonly used needle at present. One thing must be noted is that there will be the influence of the stress surface when the needle is more than thirteen needles, When stabbing the skin, the skin will be compressed to form a concave shape, and the too wide row of needles will only be forced on both sides of the row of needles, which may stab uneven colors. Therefore, some of the 13 needles or more will make it stick into an arc shape to fit the concave shape formed by the compression of the skin. If it does not stick into an arc shape, it is OK, as long as the skin is flattened as much as possible.
6. Row needles with more than three rows: most of them are used in large-area color patches. As far as I know, few tattooists use this kind of needle, and most of them are Japanese tattooists. It should be a needle habit of Japanese hand tattooing. The effect can prick a very dense color layer, which is better than that of round needles.
7. The thickness of the needle and the length of the needle tip: the diameter of the commonly used needle now ranges from 0.25mm to 0.4mm. Except for the difference of the thickness of a single needle, the gap distance between each needle and each needle will be different for multiple needles. If the details are denser than the thickness, the effect of stabbing will be different. If the needles are denser, it will not be easy to stab in, otherwise it will be deeper. The length and thickness of the needle tip are the same.
